Our commitment
HDPulseAI is committed to making SageWM IT-AM usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes where the product stands today and is deliberately specific about what has not yet been verified.
Conformance status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The legal yardstick in most jurisdictions is WCAG 2.1 Level AA; the product is held to the stricter 2.2 floor. Conformance has so far been measured by automation and expert review on every screen, not yet by disabled people using the product with their own assistive technology.
What has been verified
- Automated accessibility scans (axe-core) of every screen in light and dark themes, with zero serious or critical violations.
- Keyboard-only operation of every workflow and overlay, focus order, visible focus and focus traps.
- 200% zoom, small-screen reflow, text-spacing overrides, forced-colours and reduced-motion behaviour.
- Accessible authentication: no cognitive tests, paste allowed, passkeys and authenticator apps supported.
- Exports and generated documents checked for structure and for the absence of sensitive data.
What has not been verified yet
Live sessions with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack users, and testing with disabled participants, have not been performed. Until they are, no Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) is published and no claim of full conformance is made. The draft report and its status are described on the conformance page.
Feedback and barriers
If you meet a barrier, write to accessibility@hdpulseai.com. We acknowledge reports within two working days and record every barrier in the product's accessibility intake so it is fixed, not filed.
Enforcement and compatibility
The product is designed for current evergreen browsers with platform screen readers, keyboard, switch access, voice control and screen magnification. Customers in the EU may escalate unresolved barriers to their national enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act; customers who are HHS-funded recipients may cite 45 CFR § 84.84.
