The service

SageIT_AM is an AI-native IT Asset Management service that inventories and governs IT assets and reclaims unused spend. Tenants and users are administrator-provisioned; self-registration is disabled by design in this deployment.

Acceptable use

You may use the service to manage assets within tenants you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the service, or introduce material that violates law or these terms. Cross-tenant access attempts are denied and logged.

AI assistance and human approval

AI prepares suggestions and draft actions with evidence and confidence. A human approves every system-of-record change at the value boundary; AI does not write the system of record unattended. Policy-as-code gates autonomous actions, and a tamper-evident attestation ledger records decisions.

Your data

You retain ownership of your tenant data. The service processes it tenant-scoped as described in the Privacy Policy. Exports contain business asset data only.

Service level

This dev/preview deployment is provided as-is without an SLA. No uptime, latency, or availability guarantee is claimed for this environment. Production service levels, where applicable, are stated separately at measured tiers.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version and date above reflect the current terms. Material changes are communicated to tenant administrators.
